1. Booking Policy

All bookings can be made directly via our website at www.partybeachresort.com, through authorized travel agents, or by contacting our reservations team.

Full payment or a minimum deposit (depending on the room type and package) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Please review and notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In Time: Anytime

Check-Out Time: 13:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while respecting our operational costs.
For Individual Bookings:

7+ days before arrival: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

3–6 days before arrival: 50% refund of total booking amount.

Less than 72 hours before check-in or no-show: No refund.
For Group Bookings (5 rooms or more / 10+ guests):

A separate group contract will apply, and a 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
For Packages (e.g. yoga retreats, snorkeling tours, summer camps):

Cancellations 14 days before the experience: 80% refund.

Cancellations 7–13 days prior: 50% refund.

Within 7 days: No refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Any transaction or bank fees are the responsibility of the guest.

4. Modifications

Modifications to booking dates, number of guests, or room types are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, especially in cases of force majeure (e.g. flight cancellations, illness).

5. No-Show Policy

A guest who does not arrive without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." The full amount of the stay will be charged, and the booking will be released the following day.

6. Force Majeure
Party Beach Resort will not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or airline disruptions. In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or a partial credit.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat our property, staff, and other guests with respect.

Any damages to the room or resort property will be charged accordingly.

Illegal substances, disruptive behavior, or unsafe activities are strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data
Your personal data will only be used for processing bookings and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
