Cancellation Policy

Massage Centre Policy – Party Beach Resort 1. Booking & Cancellation Policy Guests are encouraged to book their massage appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slots. Free cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged the full price of the service. Guests arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid inconvenience to the next guest, but the full session price will still apply. 2. Arrival & Check-in Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without a price reduction. 3. Health & Safety Guests with any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy should inform the staff before the session. The massage centre reserves the right to refuse service to guests who may have medical contraindications for massage therapy. For safety reasons, children under 12 years old are not allowed in the treatment rooms. 4. Payment & Pricing All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes. Full payment is required before the session for walk-in guests. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. 5. Conduct & Etiquette The massage centre is a quiet zone; please keep noise levels to a minimum. The use of mobile phones is discouraged during treatment to maintain a relaxing atmosphere. Any inappropriate behavior towards therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. 6. Liability The resort and its massage centre are not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries sustained during the session unless due to negligence by our staff. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings; the massage centre is not liable for any lost or stolen items. 7. Amendments to Policy The resort reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. By booking a massage at Party Beach Resort, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the above policies.
